Product Description

An alumina ceramic tube is a kind of ceramic pipe formed by a self-propagating high-temperature clutch synthesis method. The ceramic pipe combines the advantages of the high hardness of alumina, good chemical inertness, and steel, and has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, and mechanical shock resistance, and its service life is more than 15 times longer than that of ordinary steel pipes. Alumina ceramic tubes are generally white, and the molding methods mainly include extrusion, isostatic pressing, grouting, dry pressing, and high-temperature calcination after injection molding.

Features of alumina ceramic tube

Good wear resistance: The lining ceramic layer of alumina ceramic tube is alumina corundum ceramic, its hardness (HRA) is ≥88, and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe fittings. Using a 5mm thick ceramic layer, its actual wear-resistant service life will be equivalent to 50mm thick wear-resistant cast steel.

 

Corrosion resistance: Alumina ceramic materials with different contents are selected, which have excellent anti-corrosion performance against different corrosive media, and are resistant to strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, and halogen salts.

 

Good high-temperature resistance: Alumina ceramic itself has high-temperature resistance above 1700 degrees Celsius, especially suitable for high-temperature burners and other equipment lining, lining engineering ceramics with high strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
