Precautions for roller encapsulation

1. The temperature should be higher than 10, the relative humidity should be less than 90%, no water should be allowed, the site should be relatively dust-free, and measures such as windshield on the downwind side and an awning can be taken;

2. Grinding and polishing should be thorough, and no glue residue, rust spots, pits, and flashes should be left;

3. Brush metal primer or metal treatment agent should be even, dry, and not dry, apply hot air blowing and drying measures;

4. Brush the glue twice, evenly, and one-way brush from one direction to the other to avoid air bubbles causing failure of the encapsulation. Each brushing must wait for it to dry before the second brushing. After the second brushing, it must be brushed. Wait for it to dry before encapsulating it;

5. Rolling and beating should be from the middle to both sides when encapsulating, so as not to generate bubbles and cause the encapsulation to fail;

6. Sealing, the size should be calculated, and there should be no gaps and bulging bubbles;

7. It is best to cure for 8 to 24 hours after encapsulation, the best use effect.
