Product introduction

The rubber ceramic wear liners a wear-resistant linings formed by vulcanizing square, round, or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic linings together with rubber by an advanced thermal vulcanization process. It combines the advantages of the high hardness of ceramics and the high cushioning and anti-fatigue properties of rubber, which can well solve the problem of equipment wear resistance in the process of conveying bulk boring. Rubber not only makes the composite board have good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects but also can prevent production stoppage and reduce the noise caused by material accumulation.

Application range:

The rubber ceramic wear liners are suitable for the anti-wear lining of various equipment and pipelines with a temperature of -40-100 °C, such as coal drop hoppers, coal drop pipes, raw coal bunkers, coal mill inlet and outlet pipes in thermal power plants; steel mill chutes, hoppers; cement plant hoppers and other bulk material transfer and storage equipment.

 

Product features:

1. Shock resistance: Excellent buffer performance can effectively buffer the impact of falling ore from high places. The pure wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is mainly made of alumina and has wear-resistant performance, but the toughness is insufficient. When the impact reaches a certain level, a wear-resistant composite lining plate must be used.

2. Convenient construction: no gap after lining installation. The rubber composite lining can be twisted and cut and is suitable for installing various special-shaped equipment.

3. No sticking and no blocking: Due to the high strength and corrosion resistance of ceramics, the phenomenon of equipment sticking and blocking is effectively solved. The traditional nylon board is often stained, which affects work efficiency.
