Product Description

Alumina ceramic wear tile is a sintered ceramic material composed of 92%-95% AI203. Products of different specifications and styles can be selected according to different use environments. In addition, alumina cylindrical linings and sheet or very small mosaic linings can also be used in pipelines. Alumina ceramic wear tile can be comprehensively applied to the lining of large equipment.

 

Product Features

Alumina ceramic wear tiles are made of alumina or zirconia after high-temperature calcination. Alumina is transformed into dense Alpha Alumina in a high-temperature environment. Due to its special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard and the hardness is second only to diamond.

 

Due to the lightweight and strong wear resistance of the wear-resistant ceramic sheet, the weight of the equipment can be reduced and the characteristics of high strength and high toughness can be exerted. Through the integrated design, it can be easily replaced and installed.

Installation process

Direct-adhesive type: The direct-adhesive type is simple to construct and install, is not restricted by the size of the pipe diameter, and has a lower cost. It is suitable for large-area construction of on-site equipment. The ceramic sheet adhesive is directly pasted on the metal surface of the equipment. The adhesive is used for bonding steel and ceramics. It has high strength and good toughness. It can be cured at room temperature and has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. It can run for a long time under the operating temperature of -50℃~350℃ without aging or falling off. It can meet the needs of most anti-wear projects. It can be used in powder exhausters, powder separators, dust removal pipes, coarse and fine powder separators, and coal mills. Outlet pipe, cyclone, etc.

 

Stud welding type: ceramic stud welding and adhesive double fixation make it not easy to fall off and resistant to high temperatures of 750℃. The welding type is to fix the ceramic on the steel part through the stud welding process and at the same time cooperate with the glue to achieve the double insurance effect. The product can operate stably under harsh working conditions such as high temperatures and high impact and can be applied to hot air ducts, flue walls, etc.

 

Steel rod-wearing dovetail ceramic: the process of wearing dovetail steel parts is more complicated. The steel rod is welded parallel to the steel plate to form a dovetail groove, and then the dovetail wear-resistant ceramic piece is inserted into the dovetail card groove. This method can withstand high temperatures below 1000°C and is particularly suitable for dynamic equipment such as fan impellers, waste heat power generation pipelines in cement plants, and dust removal pipelines.

 

Ceramic rubber integrated vulcanization: The combination of ceramic rubber vulcanization, adhesive, and bolts has strong impact resistance. It is suitable for impact and abrasion of bulk materials below 120℃. This process is divided into the three-in-one ceramic liner, the two-in-one ceramic + rubber to form a wear-resistant layer, and the three-in-one ceramic + rubber + steel plate. The back of the steel plate is equipped with fixed bolts, which is convenient for construction and replacement. It is generally used in hoppers and chutes, coal hoppers, coal pipes, etc.
