Iron ore, coking coal, and coke are the main materials to be conveyed in the chute in the iron and steel plant. The conveying time is long and the conveying volume is large, which causes the chute to wear very seriously. The working life of the chute, on the one hand, depends on improving the working conditions to reduce wear, and on the other hand, it is necessary to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of the chute. Process

Liner selection: Most of the steel mill chutes use direct-bonded ceramic sheets, which are directly pasted with ceramic adhesive, which is easy to install. The installation method can combine the two methods of sticking and welding to ensure that the ceramic pieces will not fall off in normal operation under high-temperature conditions. Notice

1. This product is strictly prohibited from heavy knocking, collision, throwing, and unloading during transportation, loading and unloading, installation, and use to prevent damage to the inlaid ceramic layer;

2. Keep away from open flames, and the temperature of the used part should not exceed 100 °C to prevent damage to the rubber layer.

3. Before installation, drill holes in the equipment according to the installation design and construction drawings and fix them directly with bolts.
