The ceramic liner is a three-in-one combination of ceramic rubber steel plates, using advanced thermal vulcanization technology to vulcanize toughened and wear-resistant ceramics and rubber together, and then use high-strength organic adhesives to bond the liner to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment On top, a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer is formed. Product features

1. Wear resistance: Alumina corundum ceramics, the hardness reaches HRA85 or more, and the wear resistance is 271.5 times that of manganese steel;

Wear-resistant ceramic liner installation

Welding the wear-resistant ceramic lining board adopts the method of sticking first and then welding. It has the characteristics of non-falling, high wear resistance, good temperature resistance, and good impact resistance. This product is suitable for use on the inner wall of the medium-speed coal mill, the primary air elbow, the coal injection pipe and other parts with high abrasion and strong impact. ; When applied to the pipeline, it adopts the arch principle design, the rings are staggered and do not fall off.
