Ceramic liner is a material with alumina (AL2O3) as the main body, which is sintered at a high temperature of 1700°C. It is widely used in thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, ports and docks, and other enterprises On all mechanical equipment with heavy wear such as coal conveying, material conveying systems, pulverizing systems, ash discharge, dust removal system, etc., different types of products can be selected according to different needs.
The ceramic liner is a three-in-one combination of ceramic rubber steel plates, using advanced thermal vulcanization technology to vulcanize toughened and wear-resistant ceramics and rubber together, and then use high-strength organic adhesives to bond the liner to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment On top, a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer is formed. It combines the advantages of the high hardness of ceramics and the high cushioning and anti-wear properties of rubber, and can well solve the problem of equipment anti-wear during the transportation of bulk materials. The addition of rubber, in addition to having good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects, can also prevent production shutdown due to material accumulation and reduce noise. It is also possible to directly vulcanize toughened and wear-resistant ceramic sheets and special rubber on steel plates with countersunk bolts to form wear-resistant liners of various shapes, which are convenient for installation and replacement.

Product features

Wear-resistant ceramic liner installation
There are two types of ceramic liner, one is wear-resistant ceramic liner without holes, and the other is welded wear-resistant ceramic liner with holes. The paste of wear-resistant ceramic liner is easy to install and has low cost, which is especially suitable for large sites. Area construction saves maintenance time. Welding the wear-resistant ceramic lining board adopts the method of sticking first and then welding. The high-temperature ceramic glue is first applied to the back of the wear-resistant ceramic lining board for pasting, and then fixed by welding to achieve the purpose of double insurance. It has the characteristics of non-falling, high wear resistance, good temperature resistance, and good impact resistance. This product is suitable for use on the inner wall of the medium-speed coal mill, the primary air elbow, the coal injection pipe and other parts with high abrasion and strong impact. ; When applied to the pipeline, it adopts the arch principle design, the rings are staggered and do not fall off.
