Accompanied by the huge centrifugal force, a certain gradient density field is formed, and the inner wall of the cyclone is severely worn under the severe scouring of the coal gangue suspension. The most seriously worn parts of the intermediate cyclone separator are the tangent point of the guide cylinder, the lower part of the vertebral body, and the vicinity of the underflow port.
