From 2023 to 2026, our development was marked by continuing international customer exchanges, growing export project delivery, and further expansion of production capacity. The following milestones present representative events from this period.

2022 – Moved to a New and Larger Factory

In 2022, the company moved to a new and larger factory, providing more production space and improved conditions for manufacturing, quality inspection, and customized project delivery.

2023 | Southeast Asian Customer Factory Visit

In 2023, customers from Southeast Asia visited our factory to inspect alumina ceramic products and production processes. During the visit, both teams discussed product specifications, quality requirements, and wear protection solutions for their equipment. The face-to-face exchange provided a strong foundation for further cooperation in Southeast Asian markets.

2024  |  Middle East Customer Factory Visit

In 2024, a customer from the Middle East visited our factory for technical discussions and workshop inspection. The meeting covered operating conditions, equipment drawings, material selection, and customized ceramic-lined solutions. The customer also reviewed alumina ceramic products and production areas, further strengthening technical understanding and project communication.

2025  |  Large-Scale Export Project Delivery

In 2025, Elacera completed the production, inspection, export packing, and container shipment of a large batch of wear-resistant ceramic products for an overseas project. The delivery demonstrated our ability to coordinate volume orders, wooden-case packing, and international shipment while maintaining product quality and schedule control.

2026  |  Capacity Expansion and International Cooperation

In 2026, several additional vulcanizing presses were added to expand production capacity for rubber ceramic composite liners and improve efficiency for both batch production and customized orders. In the same year, our team met with representatives from a major international mining company in Guangzhou for face-to-face technical discussions covering sample requirements, project details, and future cooperation. These developments marked continued progress in both manufacturing capability and international engagement.

This flexible structure allows us to respond efficiently while drawing on practical manufacturing experience in wear-resistant ceramics and equipment lining.

Before production, we review the customer’s drawings and operating data, including the conveyed material, particle size, temperature, pressure, impact level, corrosion conditions, and main wear areas. Based on these details, we help confirm the appropriate ceramic material, lining structure, thickness, fixing method and steel component requirements. Drawings and technical specifications are confirmed with the customer before production to reduce misunderstandings and rework.

During manufacturing, each project is followed according to the confirmed requirements. Key stages may include raw-material checks, dimensional inspection, visual inspection, assembly verification and packing confirmation. Inspection photos, measurements and production updates can be provided when required. Our export team also coordinates suitable packing, shipping documents, delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.

After delivery, we provide installation guidance, technical drawings and remote support to help customers complete installation and commissioning. If questions arise during operation, our team assists with troubleshooting and improvement suggestions. On-site technical service can also be arranged according to the project location and agreed service scope.
