Application-Focused Development for Industrial Wear Problems
Hunan Yibeinuo New Material Co., Ltd. focuses its research and development work on practical wear problems found in industrial equipment.
Under the Elacera brand, our technical team develops and improves wear-resistant ceramic products according to actual operating conditions. Rather than applying the same lining structure to every application, we consider abrasion, impact, temperature, corrosion, material flow, and installation conditions before recommending a solution.
Our R&D work mainly covers material selection, lining structure design, non-standard product development, sample production and application improvement.
Wear Condition Analysis
A reliable wear protection solution begins with understanding how the equipment operates.
Different wear areas require different solutions. For example, a pneumatic conveying elbow requires continuous protection against concentrated abrasion, while a transfer chute may need a ceramic-rubber structure to absorb both impact and wear.

Material and Lining Structure Selection
Based on the operating conditions, we help select a suitable ceramic material, thickness, shape, and installation structure.
Technical options may include:
The objective is to balance wear resistance, impact resistance, installation reliability, maintenance requirements and project cost.

Non-Standard Product Development
Many industrial wear parts cannot be selected from standard catalogues. We therefore support the development of non-standard products based on customer drawings, samples, equipment photos or site measurements.
Products developed for customized applications may include:
During development, we review the main dimensions, installation method, ceramic arrangement, high-wear areas, and connection details before preparing the production proposal.
Drawing Review and Technical Confirmation
For customized projects, drawings and technical requirements are reviewed before production begins.
Key details may include:
If potential manufacturing or installation problems are identified, we communicate with the customer and propose suitable adjustments before the drawing is approved.

Sample Production and Verification
For special structures or new applications, sample or trial production can be arranged when required.
Depending on the product, verification may cover:
The sample results and customer feedback help confirm whether the proposed structure is suitable before batch production.
Continuous Product Improvement
Our product development is closely connected with production experience and customer feedback.
Information from manufacturing, installation, and actual wear performance helps us improve ceramic arrangement, lining thickness, fixing methods and structural details. Particular attention is given to elbows, joints, material impact zones and other areas where premature wear is more likely to occur.
This application-focused approach allows us to develop practical wear protection products for mining, cement, power generation, steel, ports, pneumatic conveying, chemical processing and other demanding industries.
