In the construction process of wear-resistant ceramics, various problems will occur. Among them, as far as the fan volute is concerned, the problem of large-area shedding of wear-resistant ceramic sheets is prone to occur. In response to this problem, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. Before sticking, be sure to sandblast the fan volute, polish, remove rust and oil, and clean it with 99% acetone if there is oil.
2. When the ambient temperature is higher than 150 degrees, use high-temperature glue, and when the normal temperature is 100 degrees, use ordinary glue.
3. The ratio of glue, mix thoroughly according to the ratio of 4:1, apply it to the surface of the object to have adhered, close the wear-resistant ceramic sheet, and tap it with a rubber hammer.
4. After curing at room temperature for 8 hours, you can tap it with a small hammer to see if there is any lack of glue. If there is, it should be pasted again.
The installation of wear-resistant ceramics mostly uses strong adhesive to paste the wear-resistant ceramics on the surface of the mechanical spare parts. After the wear-resistant ceramics are installed by sticking, they can ensure long-term work without falling off, and can effectively protect the mechanical spare parts. When the working temperature of the equipment is high, the wear-resistant ceramic and metal can be compounded together by inlay technology, and flexible compounding technology can be adopted according to the working environment of the equipment, which can reduce the investment cost for customers to the greatest extent on the basis of improving the wear resistance of the equipment.
