The production process covers the following steps:
Raw material calcination: According to a specific formula, the alumina ore powder is calcined at high temperature to obtain calcined α-alumina powder that meets production requirements;
Grinding: The calcined α-alumina powder is ground and finely adjusted according to the formula requirements to provide suitable powder materials for subsequent ceramic molding. This process often uses wet ball milling technology;
Powder molding: Use spray granulation technology to prepare the ground powder into a high-quality powder suitable for blank molding to ensure production The consistency and reliability of the product;
Body pressing: According to the product design specifications, the powder after spray granulation is accurately pressed by dry pressing or isostatic pressing technology to obtain a ceramic block or ceramic ring body with regular shape and qualified quality;
High-temperature sintering: The pressed body is subjected to high-temperature densification treatment to enhance its mechanical properties and durability. This process is often carried out in an electric kiln;
Product assembly: The sintered ceramics that have passed strict inspection will be carefully assembled into wear-resistant ceramic tubes through processes such as gluing, spot welding, and lining ceramic rings to meet various application requirements.
