Welding:The welding type is to weld the ceramics to the facility through the cold welding holes between the ceramics, and at the same time stick with adhesive to achieve double insurance. The welded type is suitable for high temperature pipelines (500 °C), such as the inlet and outlet pipelines of humidification towers, and the dust removal pipelines at the kiln tail, etc. It is specially designed for wear resistance of high temperature pneumatic conveying equipment.
Paste type:The paste-type installation is simple, the cost is low, and it is in line with the large-scale construction on site. The traditional process uses epoxy-type adhesive paste wear-resistant ceramics. This type of viscose is mainly organic, not resistant to high temperature, and easy to age. It cannot adapt to the requirements of perennial use. If it is operated under very high temperature all the year round, the viscose will easily age and become brittle. Especially in the case of rapid cooling and rapid heating, the thermal expansion parameters of ceramics and rails are different, and the organic viscose is brittle, which is easy to peel off the whole ceramic. This process is only suitable for room temperature below 150 degrees.
Dovetail Cassette:The dovetail card type is an installation method in which two trapezoidal steel bars are cold-welded in parallel on the facility to form a dovetail groove, and then the dovetail ceramic is inserted into the dovetail groove. This method is mature and reliable, and can withstand high temperature of 700 ℃, which is especially suitable for anti-wear of moving parts, such as fan impellers. However, the process of this wear-resistant ceramic is complex and only suitable for flat construction.
