Washing method:

Precautions:
1. Before cleaning, it is recommended to pump 0.5-1 cubic meter of mortar. After pumping all of it, stop the machine, flip the switch of the plate valve, and then remove the pressure of the accumulator.
2. At the end of the washing, be sure to pay attention to the water in the pipeline, do not flow to the concrete pouring site, so as not to affect the quality of the concrete.
3. Washing requires a small gap between the cutting ring and the eye plate (the butterfly valve pump requires a small gap between the plate valve and the tie rod and the upper and lower wear plates) and requires a large amount of water, which must be strictly sealed to ensure that the water after cleaning does not penetrate forward.
4. At present, wear-resistant ceramics are mostly used in the anti-wear layer of the pipeline of the pump truck. When cleaning this type of pipeline, attention should be paid to avoiding violent impact and avoiding the collision of metal and other hard objects, so as not to cause ceramic rupture.
5. Choosing a wear-resistant lining with higher smoothness can greatly reduce the difficulty of cleaning.
