To solve this problem, we have the following suggestions :
1. Use high-strength ceramic adhesive: The adhesive strength of our company's ceramic adhesive is more than 2 times that of ordinary ceramic adhesive, which greatly reduces the falling off of ceramic sheets.
2. Select the ceramic sheet with bumps: the surface of the ceramic sheet has bumps, which increases the bonding area and strength of the ceramic sheet, and is less likely to fall off than the flat ceramic sheet.
3. Appropriate construction temperature: When the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is constructed and pasted, the normal construction temperature of the ceramic glue should be guaranteed, especially in winter.
4. It is necessary to continuously sum up experience during construction, and choose careful workers to stick ceramic sheets.
