At present, ordinary wear-resistant rubber sheets can no longer meet the harsh transportation environment. Due to their limited cleaning ability, the friction between the drum and the belt drops sharply, and excessive wear of the rubber sheets and belt slippage will occur. The method of covering the ceramic rubber sheet can effectively improve the operating conditions of the conveyor system, protect the metal roller from being worn, prevent the conveyor belt from slipping, and make the roller and the belt run synchronously, so as to ensure the efficient and large-volume operation of the belt.
The ceramic rubber sheet coating for the drum has the following advantages:
1. The ceramic rubber sheet produced by Ibeno is embedded with 92% alumina ceramic block in rubber. The high abrasion resistance of the ceramic on the rubber surface increases the friction coefficient between it and the belt. The friction coefficient is 4-6 times that of ordinary rubber sheets, which can significantly reduce the occurrence of belt slippage.
2. The combination of ceramic and rubber sheet greatly increases the wear resistance of the rubber sheet, which is 8-10 times higher than that of the high wear-resistant rubber sheet.
3. The special arrangement of ceramic blocks and rubber ensures that the drum has better drainage and mud discharge performance after rubber coating.
4. The bottom of the ceramic rubber sheet is equipped with a semi-vulcanized CN layer, which works with imported adhesive to achieve strong adhesion between the rubber sheet and the surface of the roller.

The method of encapsulating the ceramic rubber plate roller:
1. Glue shoveling: Determine whether it is necessary to shovel the glue according to the condition of the residual glue on the surface of the drum. If the residual glue exceeds 0.5m, the glue shoveling machine must be used to remove the residual glue. Before shoveling rubber, it must be ensured that the roller can be rotated manually. If it cannot be rotated, the connecting pin between the roller and the reducer must be removed. If the residual glue area is less than 0.5m, there is no need to shovel glue.
2. Polishing: There are many dirt, dust, grease, water, rust and other organic or inorganic pollutants on the metal surface, which affect the wetting of the glue. In order to improve the bonding strength, the surface of the metal roller needs to be polished to expose the original metallic luster.
3. Cleaning: There are many dirt, dust, grease, water, rust and other organic or inorganic pollutants on the polished surface, which will affect the wetting of the adhesive. It is necessary to use cleaning agents to remove surface dirt and deep clean the entire drum surface to prevent various impurities from affecting the glue bonding effect.
4. Transition: Use a brush to apply a layer of metal treatment agent evenly and quickly on the cleaned metal surface. It is required to apply evenly and completely without any leaks, and let it dry completely for about one hour. The metal primer can effectively prevent the surface contamination of the roller and prolong the storage period of the processed metal. It can also ensure the wettability of the adhesive and increase its adhesive strength and durability.
5. Glue: mix and stir the two components of the adhesive. According to the needs, you can take a part of the glue and mix it in the container according to the ratio of 100:4. The glue after preparation must be used in time, not for a long time. The roller needs to be painted twice. After the first pass, wait 10-25 minutes for it to dry before applying the adhesive for the second time. Brush the ceramic rubber plate with CN layer once.
6. Laminating: Determine the bonding datum line on the surface of the drum: After brushing the glue for the second time, find the datum of the ceramic rubber sheet on the surface of the drum, find the position and perform the bonding. After lamination, use compaction rollers to push from the middle of the roller to both ends.
7. Sealing: The first job is to repair the edge of the drum, and use a rubber hammer to intensively beat both sides from the middle to the sides, and wait for natural drying.
