Product Description
Abrasion is a common phenomenon, and it usually occurs on the surfaces of two objects that are in contact with each other and move relative to each other. Pipe wear refers to the damage caused by the separation or transfer of the material surface when the pipe material is impacted by flowing water and small and loose particles. Abrasion resistant pipes are made of inorganic non-metallic materials alumina ceramics, which is an important way to reduce pipe wear.
The material classifications
1. Polymer material pipes;
2. Inorganic non-metallic material pipes;
3. Metal material pipes;
4. Composite material pipes.
Product Features
The abrasion resistant pipes produced by our company are inorganic non-metallic materials, which are composed of seamless steel pipes, viscose, and alumina ceramics. The ceramics are mainly 92%, 95%, and 99% aluminum oxide.
Excellent wear resistance, continuous use for more than 8-10 years:
Wear-resistant ceramic elbows are used in 9.1 million KW units. used coal ash is up to 45%, 42 tons of powder are fed per hour, and 0.2mm is worn after 24 months of use. In addition, the pneumatic conveying of dry ash is 74 tons/hour, the flow rate is 20m/s, and the concentration is 28%. 0.15mm is worn after 12 months of use.
The wear resistance of the ceramic elbow is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. The application of wear-resistant ceramic pipes in the milling system greatly reduces the wear and tear of the equipment. According to more than ten years of field operation experience, the durable time is at least 10 years, reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
High strength, high hardness, and lightweight
The hardness of the corundum layer is HV1100-1400, which is equivalent to tungsten-cobalt carbide. The weight of the composite ceramic elbow is only 1/4 of the wear-resistant steel, which is easy to install and replace. The Rockwell hardness of corundum ceramics is HRA80-85, which is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. The density is only half of that of steel, and the weight of the ceramic elbow is only 1/3 of that of the wear-resistant steel elbow.
Firm installation, good heat resistance, and corrosion resistance
The melting point of corundum in the ceramic steel pipe is 2045°C. The corundum layer and the steel layer have special structures due to technological reasons. When the temperature rises to 900°C, put the ceramic steel pipe into cold water. Repeated many times, the ceramic layer does not crack, showing the unparalleled thermal shock resistance of ordinary ceramics. The inner layer of the ceramic steel pipe is dense α-type aluminum oxide, and the acidity is 96-98%. Aluminum oxide belongs to Neutral oxides that do not react chemically with acids, bases, and salts. Aluminum trioxide is an inorganic substance, and under the long-term action of natural environments such as light, heat, and oxygen, there is no aging problem. It has been determined that the corrosion resistance of ceramic steel pipes is ten times higher than that of stainless steel. The ceramic is attached to the inner wall of the wear-resistant pipe with high-temperature inorganic adhesive. The adhesive has strong adhesion, high-temperature resistance, and aging resistance, and can ensure that it will never fall off.
The inner wall is smooth and does not block powder
The ceramic sheet is sintered at high temperatures, the structure is dense, and the surface is smooth after grinding and deburring. The transition of the tiles is smooth, the height difference does not exceed 0.5mm, and the inner wall of the elbow after the ceramic is installed is smooth without blocking the powder.
