When transporting abrasive materials in the pipeline (such as ash, coal powder, slag powder, tailings, cement, etc.), there is a problem of rapid wear of the pipeline, especially the rapid wear of the elbow. When the gas, liquid, or solid with strong corrosion is transported in the pipeline, there is a problem that the pipeline is corroded and quickly damaged. Since the alumina-lined ceramic tube is integrally formed, the slurry cannot be penetrated. At the same time, the alumina ceramic tube has high hardness. The isostatic pressing dry powder molding process is very beneficial to the uniformity of the ceramic crystal structure. Performance is better than wear-resistant ceramic sheets of the same material.
According to the traditional process, the production of ceramic rings mainly adopts techniques such as hot die casting, grouting, and isostatic pressing. The isostatically formed ceramic ring has better compactness and more precise ceramic dimensions.

Technical requirements for ceramic pipe wear-resistant elbow
1. The elbow is required to be lined with a ring-shaped ceramic tube, a ceramic wear-resistant layer greater than or equal to 10mm, and an outer shell steel pipe greater than or equal to 5mm. The ceramic should be filled with the same thickness of ring-shaped ceramic between each section of the pipe to ensure firm bonding and No trace of the transition.
2. Alumina content ≥95%, density ≥3.65g/cm3, Rockwell hardness ≥82 HRA, compressive strength ≥850 Mpa, fracture toughness KΙC≥4.8MPa·m1/2, bending strength ≥290MPa.
3. The wear-resistant elbow has a smooth transition, a smooth surface, and a height difference of <1mm. The bending angle deviation is ±0.3°. And has good thermal stability to ensure long-term normal operation.

The production process
The integral wear-resistant ceramic pipeline is composed of a steel pipe layer, a viscose filling layer, and a ceramic anti-wear layer from the outside to the inside.
Steel pipe layer: The elbow is formed by SUS304 or Q235 as a whole. Compared with the welded elbow, it has a beautiful appearance, smooth airflow, and stronger pressure resistance.
Adhesive layer: Adopt special ceramic viscose, strong shearing force (15MPa), and good workability.
Ceramic layer: The arc is customized according to the radius of curvature of the elbow, and the end and end of each section of the ceramic pipe are connected by sockets.
