Product introduction
A ceramic rubber hose lined with ceramic is also called a ceramic rubber hose. Ceramic materials such as alumina are embedded in the inner wall of the rubber hose to achieve the purpose of wear resistance and high-temperature resistance of ceramic rubber hose. This hose's main characteristics are high temperature and wear resistance. It can be used for conveying pulverized coal in front of the furnace and conveying various sharp-edged powders. The service life is much longer than that of ordinary wear-resistant hoses.
Product Features
1. Good wear resistance: the inner ceramic of the wear-resistant ceramic glue is wear-resistant ceramics, and the hardness (HRA) is ≥88. Its wear resistance is more than ten times that of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe fittings and has a long service life.
2. Corrosion resistance: Choose different wear-resistant ceramic materials, that have excellent corrosion resistance to different corrosive media, and have the corrosion characteristics of acid, alkali, salt, and other strong corrosive media and halogen salts.
3. High-temperature resistance: wear-resistant ceramics themselves have the ability to withstand high temperatures above 1400 degrees Celsius. Through reasonable design and the use of different composite methods, wear-resistant ceramic hoses can be used in uninterrupted and continuous work.
4. Good flexibility: wear-resistant ceramic hose, easy to bend, cost-effective, can save the cost and time of material replacement. Lightweight, easy to transport and install, the cylindrical ceramic design and precise arrangement in the rubber make the pipeline have good flexibility, and large-angle bending will not cause any influence on the ceramic;
5. Impact resistance: The force of impact on the ceramic is instantly buffered and absorbed by the rubber, so the wear-resistant ceramic rubber hose can withstand the impact of larger particles.
6. Small resistance: The ceramic lining is uniform, dense, and smooth, which can reduce pressure loss and prevent the formation of eddy currents.
The scope of the application
Ceramic rubber hoses are widely used in thermal power plants, cement plants, mineral processing plants, anti-corrosion chemicals, coal mine powder, and slurry transportation systems, and are also used in ports and river dredging and sand suction ships, concrete pump trucks, etc.
The performance of the ceramic hose
The ceramic hose offers exceptional performance with a high degree of strength in the reinforcing layer, making it ideal for use in areas where it would be subjected to heavy usage and extensive wear and tear. This is important in applications where the hose is required to withstand high pressure or abrasive substances, such as in front of the blast furnace.
Another key benefit of the ceramic hose is its anti-vibration and noise reduction capabilities, making it a highly valuable asset in many industrial settings. It is also ideal for use as an expansion joint, helping to prevent pipeline resonance and other issues that can arise during operation.
One of the primary advantages of the ceramic hose is its ease of use. The tube body is soft and can be conveniently connected using a clamp, which enables quick installation and disassembly during equipment maintenance or replacement. This not only saves time but also helps to reduce production costs by minimizing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
Overall, the ceramic hose is an excellent choice for a wide range of industrial applications, providing exceptional strength and durability as well as superior noise reduction and anti-vibration capabilities. Its ease of use and quick installation makes it a highly efficient and cost-effective solution for many industrial applications, helping to improve productivity, increase safety, and minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
