Product Description

Ceramic and rubber pulley lagging is to vulcanize the ceramic with bumps on the surface in special rubber, and then use cold vulcanization technology to vulcanize it on the surface of the drum to replace the traditional rubber. The service life is 6-8 years, and the cost-effective ceramic and rubber pulley lagging increases the friction and wear resistance, which is 10 times the service life of the rubber roller.

Anti-skid: The ceramic surface has uniform spherical protrusions, and the friction coefficient is three times that of the traditional rubber roller encapsulation. When the back of the conveyor belt passes through, thousands of bumps can generate positive traction, prevent the conveyor belt from slipping and deviation, and improve the conveying efficiency.

Prevent deviation: The main reason for the deviation of the traditional drum rubberized belt is rubber abrasion and material accumulation. The surface of WTB has almost no abrasion, and the material that enters occasionally will be discharged through the groove, so there will be no material accumulation problem.

Protection belt

1. The convex point has no angular design, and the sharp edges of the convex particles that are common in other ceramic encapsulated products will not cause the problem of abrasion on the conveyor belt;

2. There is no relative sliding between the roller and the belt, which further protects the belt from being worn out;

3. Under the same load, the tension of the belt can be reduced and the life of the belt can be prolonged;

No accumulation on the surface

Each ceramic rubber sheet has grooves spaced at a certain distance, which can discharge foreign matter (dust, mud) on the drum along the grooves, so that the drum has a unique self-cleaning function, which is especially suitable for humid working environments;
