Product Description
Ceramic wear liner pipe is fundamentally different from traditional steel pipes, wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipes, cast stone pipes, and steel-plastic and steel rubber pipes. The outer shell it is made of steel and the inner layer is corundum. The Vickers hardness of the corundum layer is as high as 100-1500 (Rockwell hardness is 90-98), which is equivalent to tungsten-cobalt hard gold. The wear resistance is more than 20 times higher than that of carbon steel pipes. The wear resistance of this product mainly depends on the corundum of the inner layer with a thickness of several millimeters. Its Mohs hardness is 9, second only to diamond and silicon carbide, and its hardness is the highest among all oxides.
Product Types
Ceramic wear liner pipes are classified according to the production and installation methods and can be divided into three types of wear-resistant ceramic pipes: patch type, spot welding card type, and integral ceramic ring.
Direct-bond wear-resistant ceramic pipe: Direct-bonded wear-resistant ceramic pipe uses high-temperature strong adhesive to paste the ceramic sheet inside the pipe, and forms a firm anti-wear layer after heating and curing. The chip-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe has a simple production process, low cost, short production cycle, and flexible selection of ceramics, and the diameter of the pipe is not limited.
Spot-welded card-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe: This kind of pipe is based on the SMD wear-resistant ceramic pipe, adding spot welding holes and ceramic caps to the middle of the ceramic sheet, which greatly improves the anti-shedding ability and reduces the temperature of the adhesive. The restrictions are also weakened, and a trapezoidal angle is formed between the ceramic sheets of the spot-welded card-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe, the gap is small, and the erosion resistance is strong. However, the production process of this product is complicated and the production cycle is long.
Integral ceramic ring wear-resistant ceramic pipe: The integrally formed wear-resistant ceramic pipe is made by firing the ceramic pipe as a whole, and then using a special filling material to cast it inside the steel pipe. Its inner wall is smooth and seamless, resistant to wear and corrosion. It has strong anti-erosion performance and can operate at high temperatures, but the production cycle of the overall ceramic ring wear-resistant ceramic pipe is long and the cost is high.

Product Construction Process
Direct paste ceramic process: Before construction, the surface of the steel parts to be pasted needs to be treated in advance. After treatment, it reaches the standards of no rust and smooth surface. The ceramic paste is firmer and not easy to fall off.
The glue required during construction, the ratio of different glues is different, and it must be strictly controlled. If the ratio is not suitable, the predetermined viscosity cannot be achieved. The glue can only be used once, and it is not allowed to add glue twice in the middle. If the glue becomes hard, it should be discarded and re-proportioned.
During construction, the quality and quantity should be guaranteed, the glue should be applied evenly, and the paste should be meticulous. After the construction is completed, it can be gently tapped with a rubber hammer, and the construction surface should be flat.
Ceramic welding construction process:
Cleaning: Clean the surface of the pipe to effectively remove dirt, rust and other debris.
Grinding: The pipe wall is treated with an angle grinder, and the pipe wall is required to be free of rust and looseness. Construction in an environment with a humidity greater than 85% is strictly prohibited to ensure that the quality of the project reaches excellent standards.
Isolation: After removing sundries, it should be kept in an electrostatic dry environment to prevent dust pollution.
Adhesive ratio: mix parts A and B in proportion, paste the ceramics after mixing evenly, grind the ceramic parts evenly, no virtual adhesion and protruding phenomenon, the wear-resistant ceramic layer is smooth, and the gap between the ceramics is less than 0.5 mm. Make sure the joints between the ceramics are smooth.
Welding: The alumina ceramic sheet with a hole in the middle is attached to the inner wall of the equipment with high temperature resistant strong adhesive, and at the same time, the ceramic is firmly welded to the inner wall of the steel pipe through the small hole with the advanced stud welding process.
The construction process of the overall ceramic ring: the installation process of the ceramic pipe lined with the ceramic ring is mainly divided into three steps: ceramic ring splicing, ceramic ring pasting and grinding.
Porcelain ring splicing: The porcelain rings that have passed the inspection are spliced with 502 quick-drying glue according to the requirements of the drawings to ensure that the interior is flat and there are no large gaps.
Porcelain ring paste: The flanges on both sides of the pipe are wrapped with kraft paper, and the adjusted adhesive is used to open the pipe in the pipe to ensure that it is even, and then the glue is opened on the spliced ceramic ring pipe to ensure that the pipe as a whole is pasted on the pipe at one time. the inner wall of the pipe. After fixing, check whether there is any dislocation and leakage of glue on the inner wall of the pipe. After checking, place the pasted pipe in the designated position. The ceramic paste should be operated in strict accordance with the drawings. When the ceramic ring is pasted, the ceramic should be properly dislocated to ensure the service life of the pipeline.
Grinding: After the adhesive is completely cured, grind the excess ceramic rings on both sides of the pipe to ensure that they are flat and do not damage the flange. After grinding, remove the kraft paper at both ends.
