Ceramic lined bends are also called wear-resistant ceramic composite elbows or wear-resistant ceramic lined bends. They have high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good heat resistance. They overcome the shortcomings of the low hardness of steel pipe, poor wear resistance, and poor ceramic toughness. The good comprehensive properties, such as wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical thermal shock resistance, and good weldability, make them able to be used in many places. It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline for conveying granular materials, grinding, and corrosive media.
The ceramic lined bends adopt the form of pasting, stud welding, or dovetail to install wear-resistant ceramics on the inner wall of the pipeline to form a solid anti-wear layer. The outer layer is steel and the inner layer is special wear-resistant ceramics. They have been widely used in pneumatic conveying and hydraulic conveying systems in industrial enterprises due to their super wear resistance, especially in elbows, tees, distributors, and other parts where erosion and wear are very serious.
