Product Description
The ceramic lined elbow is composed of steel parts, viscose, and ceramics. The steel parts are formed by 20# integral hot bending (different from centrifugal casting pipe welding or coil forming), and the ceramics are bonded to the steel parts by temperature-resistant viscose. The inner wall is installed with staggered arch joints and cured to form a firm anti-wear layer.

Products Feature
The ceramic lined elbow alumina ceramic sheet is a special corundum ceramic made of AL2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as a flux, and calcined at a high temperature of 1700 degrees. It is formed by dry pressing and isostatic pressing and firing at high temperatures. Rockwell hardness is HRA88, which has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and convenient construction, which can effectively extend the service life of various equipment. Common specifications for ceramic lined elbow alumina ceramic sheet: 10*10*3 10, 17.5*17.5*3 15, 20*20*4 20, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Product Application
Ceramic lining elbows are mainly widely used in steel, thermal power, cement, ports, coal, mining, chemical, concrete engineering machinery, chemical, smelting, lithium battery, and other industries
Product certification and product testing
Product design, manufacturing, and installation services are fully integrated into the ISO quality management system. Every process has a quality inspector for inspection. The company will sample the finished products and pass the performance inspection before leaving the factory.

What are Ceramic Lined Elbows?
Ceramic Lined Elbows are a type of pipe fitting used in industries that require the transport of materials that are abrasive and corrosive. They are used in place of traditional steel elbows to provide additional protection against wear and abrasion over a longer period. Our Ceramic Lined Elbows are made by incorporating advanced ceramic coatings inside the elbows. The ceramic is bonded to the surface of the steel elbow, which provides additional protection against abrasion and wear.
