Backpack wear-resistant ceramic lined elbow is also called reinforced ceramic elbow. The wear-resistant part welded on the part where the impact wear of the elbow is serious is called a backpack. The backpack's wear-resistant ceramic lined elbow is based on the wear-resistant ceramic elbow and adds a layer of wear-resistant backpack to enhance the wear resistance of the elbow.
The design of this reinforced ceramic elbow is very unique. After each piece of ceramic is embedded, a 360° mechanical self-locking force will be formed between the ceramic blocks to ensure a tight bond between the
ceramics. This design enhances the wear resistance of the product, making it better able to cope with high-wear working environments.
The ceramic material used in the reinforced ceramic elbow has high hardness and wear resistance. Its hardness reaches above HRA85, which is more than 10 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes. This ceramic material also has high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, can operate at high temperatures of 350°C for a long time, and can resist acid and alkali corrosion and oxidation.
In addition, this backpack's wear-resistant ceramic-lined elbow also has good shock resistance and thermal expansion and contraction adjustment capabilities. The thermal expansion coefficient of its viscose is between steel and ceramics, which can well adjust the extrusion of ceramics caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion of ceramics and steel. At the same time, a variety of flexible fibers added to the viscose can ensure that the ceramic does not fall off for a long time in an environment of vibration, frequent thermal expansion, and contraction.

The backpack's wear-resistant ceramic lined elbow has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, oxidation resistance, non-scaling, low-temperature, and high-temperature resistance, etc. It is mainly used in:
1. Power plant: In power plants, various materials such as pulverized coal, ash powder, etc. will cause serious wear and tear on pipe elbows during the transportation process. The use of reinforced ceramic lined elbows can greatly improve the wear resistance of the elbows. Extend its service life.
2. Steelmaking plant: Steelmaking plants must transport a large amount of iron powder, mineral powder, and other materials. These materials also cause serious wear and tear on pipe elbows. The use of ceramic-lined elbows can effectively protect the elbows and extend their service life.
3. Cement plant: A large amount of cement, limestone, and other materials need to be transported to a cement plant. These materials also cause serious wear and tear on pipe elbows. The use of ceramic-lined pipes can improve the wear resistance of elbows and reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement.
4. Ore dressing plant: A large amount of ore and ore powder need to be transported to the mineral dressing plant. These materials also cause great wear and tear on the pipe elbow. The use of ceramic pipes can effectively improve the wear resistance of the elbow and extend its service life.
Application of wear-resistant ceramic pipes in air soot blowers in cement plants
The air soot blower is a device used in cement plants to clean the soot from the heating area of the boiler. The air soot blower used in the cement plant consists of a soot-blowing pipe and an operating valve. During the working process, the soot-blowing tube will be continuously washed by the air-powder mixture, so the wear problem is serious. To solve this problem, wear-resistant ceramic tubes are widely used in the manufacture of soot blowers.
The wear-resistant ceramic tube has excellent wear resistance and can withstand the strong erosion of the air-powder mixture. Installing it as an anti-wear lining in the soot-blowing pipe can significantly increase the service life of the soot-blowing pipe, reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement, and thus reduce production costs.
Soot blowers are generally installed on the furnace walls of boiler furnaces, horizontal flues, and tail flues. The working environment temperature is high, so when installing ceramics, you need to pay attention to choosing a reasonable installation method. When the temperature exceeds 350°C, try to choose stud welding or dovetail slot installation to ensure that the ceramic pieces are firmly installed.
Wear-resistant ceramics are resistant to high temperatures. In high-temperature environments, ordinary materials are susceptible to thermal damage, while wear-resistant ceramic tubes can maintain good structural and performance stability. This gives it unique advantages when handling high-temperature gases and powders.
The application of wear-resistant ceramic pipes on air soot blowers in cement plants not only improves the wear resistance and service life of the equipment, reduces maintenance costs, but also provides strong support for ensuring the stability and efficiency of production.
