ZTA Ceramics High-Density and Heavy Pressure-Resistant Composite Liner

Product Description

ZTA (zirconia toughened alumina) zirconium aluminum composite ceramic liner is a high-performance, high-density ceramic material. Its unique physical and chemical properties make it widely used in industrial applications. Compared with traditional alumina products, ZTA rubber ceramic composite liner has higher density, better wear resistance, and greatly improved toughness, which makes it perform well in harsh environments with high wear and high impact.

High-density characteristics of ZTA rubber ceramic composite liner. Its density is as high as 4.2-4.3g/cm³, which is far higher than ordinary ceramic materials. High density means higher material strength and better compressive resistance, making ZTA zirconium aluminum composite ceramic liner less likely to deform or damage when under heavy pressure. This feature gives it a unique advantage in the manufacture of vulcanized ceramic rubber composite liners, which can effectively provide anti-wear and impact protection.

 Features:

Wear resistance: ZTA ceramic lining has high hardness and solid structure, which can effectively resist wear and corrosion and extend the service life of the equipment.

Impact resistance: In the environment of high-speed impact and vibration, it can effectively absorb and disperse the impact force to prevent damage and rupture of equipment and pipelines.

High-temperature resistance: ZTA ceramic lining can maintain stable performance in extremely high-temperature environments, will not melt or deform, and is widely used in high-temperature processes such as metallurgy, glass, and chemical industry.

Chemical stability: It can resist chemical corrosion and acid and alkali erosion, and maintain good performance and appearance.

Insulation performance: ZTA ceramic lining has a good inhibitory effect on the propagation of electromagnetic waves, which can effectively reduce the interference of electrical equipment.

Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of ZTA ceramic lining mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: The raw materials need to go through screening, crushing, grinding, and other processes to ensure the quality and particle size of the raw materials.

Molding: Press the raw materials into the required shape and size.

Sintering: Use processes such as atmospheric pressure sintering, hot pressing sintering, plasma sintering, or microwave sintering to sinter the raw materials into ceramic materials.

Surface treatment: Including sandblasting, oxidation, spraying, and other processes to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the ceramic lining.

Inspection: Including dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, performance inspection, and other processes to ensure the quality and performance of the ceramic lining.

Factory introduction

The company has kiln production lines, vulcanizing machines, CNC cutting machines, lathes, punching machines, milling machines, sawing machines, radial drills, forklifts, gas-shielded welding, intermediate frequency pipe benders, and other production and processing equipment, forming a certain scale of production capacity. ZTA ceramics wear-resistant plates have always been praised by customers for their high wear resistance and stable product quality, especially in Australia's mines are widely used!

Sintering process

The sintering process of ZTA ceramics has an important influence on its performance. Common sintering processes include:

Normal pressure sintering: the most common and original sintering method, which uses high temperature to make the ceramic body particles grow, reduce the porosity, increase the mechanical properties, and achieve densification.

Hot pressing sintering: using high pressure to induce residual stress, affecting the transition from tetragonal to monoclinic, and can also produce isotropic properties.

Plasma sintering: using body heating and surface activation to achieve ultra-fast densification of materials.

Microwave sintering: using microwaves to achieve high-temperature sintering of materials, with many advantages such as uniform sintering, low sintering temperature, short sintering time, reduced activation energy, crystal refinement, and reduced pollution.
