ZTA rubber ceramic composite lining plate is a composite material lining that combines the properties of rubber and ZTA ceramic (zirconia-toughened alumina ceramic). The rubber layer has the function of absorbing impact and reducing noise while providing good elasticity and sealing performance. The ZTA ceramic layer has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and is the main wear-resistant part of the lining.
Production process
ZTA rubber ceramic composite lining plate is usually vulcanized with ZTA ceramic composite of alumina and zirconia in rubber through advanced vulcanization process, or ceramic rubber can be directly vulcanized on steel plate. This special preparation process enables the lining plate to have both rubber elasticity and ceramic hardness, thereby achieving excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.

Application of ZTA ceramic lining in ore terminal unloading system

It can resist wear and impact at the same time and has a lightweight, smooth surface, non-sticky material, non-blocking material, flexible design, and can be designed according to the on-site working conditions. Large ore terminals such as Rizhao Port, Tangshan Port, and Qingdao Port have applied ZTA ceramic linings in heavy wear areas, and the service life is about 4 times that of the original alumina ceramic lining or other wear-resistant linings, and the application effect is very good.
Application of ZTA Ceramic Composite Hammer in Crusher
A crusher is a key piece of equipment in mines, and its core component hammer needs to withstand huge friction and impact. To solve this problem, the ZTA ceramic composite hammer came into being. This hammer is based on wear-resistant alloy materials such as high-chromium cast iron, and a certain amount of ZTA ceramic particles are compounded in the heavy wear parts of the hammer.
