To address this issue, Hunan Yibeinuo New Material Co., Ltd. has developed a zirconia–alumina composite ceramic concrete pump pipe. The product adopts a low-carbon seamless steel outer shell combined with a high-hardness ceramic lining, providing excellent performance in high-wear and high-impact environments.
The ceramic lining is made from alumina and zirconia composite materials, whose hardness is second only to diamond. Compared with ordinary carbon steel pump pipes, ceramic pump pipes can have a service life of 5–10 times longer, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
In addition, the ceramic inner wall becomes smoother during operation, reducing material adhesion and preventing pipe blockage, which improves concrete conveying efficiency.
