​Product Description

Ceramic rubber abrasion-resistant liner is a composite wear-resistant ceramic rubber plate of ceramic rubber that adopts an advanced thermal vulcanization process to vulcanize square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic lining and rubber together. It combines the advantages of the high hardness of ceramics and the high cushioning and anti-fatigue properties of rubber, and can well solve the problem of equipment wear resistance in the process of conveying large pieces of boring. The addition of rubber not only makes the composite board have good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects but also can prevent production stoppage and reduce noise caused by material accumulation.

​Installation Process

The abrasion-resistant liner plate can only be operated according to the strict pasting process to achieve the effect of the ceramic sheet being firm and not falling off. First, use a sandblasting gun, a corner machine, or a wire brush to clean the surface to adhere to make it appear metallic luster. The rougher the cleaner, the better the paste effect. Then use alcohol to clean the surface to be adhered to remove the oil stains on the surface; evenly mix the adhesive in a certain proportion, apply it on the surface to be pasted, and then tap the wear-resistant ceramic linings one by one with a rubber hammer to make them in close contact.
