Product Description
The Ceramic Tile Wear Liner adopts the hot vulcanization process, and the toughened ceramic sheet is vulcanized in the steel plate groove equipped with rubber, and the steel plate groove has countersunk head bolts. It is a customized product. The shape, size, and thickness of the ceramic block or liner can be customized according to the customer's on-site conditions or uses. Tile wear liners are mainly used in heavy-wear industries such as sand and gravel, mining, and other high-impact areas.
Product features:
1. Impact resistance: The combination of alumina wear-resistant ceramics and rubber has good buffering performance, which can effectively buffer the impact caused by ores falling from a high altitude, while the Ceramic Tile Wear Liner is made of alumina as the main raw material of the product. Wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plates must be used when the impact reaches a certain level.
2. Convenient construction: bolt connection, welding, simple operation, fast construction speed
3. No sticking and no blocking: Compared with steel plates, polymer linings, and pure rubber sheets, it is not easy to stick and block materials.
4. Noise reduction: rubber elastomer has an excellent shock absorption effect, which can reduce the noise generated during material transportation
5. Weight reduction: The density of ceramics and rubber is much lower than that of manganese steel and high-chromium wear-resistant plates, which are light in weight and easy to replace. Because of their high wear resistance, they do not need to be replaced frequently, saving a lot of time for enterprises.
Industry background
The consumption of wear-resistant linings in the mining and beneficiation industry is huge, but some positions need not only wear resistance but also impact resistance. Alumina wear-resistant ceramics have good wear resistance, but impact resistance cannot be used in places with relatively large impact forces. It can be used directly, and it can be made into the form of a composite lining board after being vulcanized and compounded with rubber, which can be both wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
Connection method: welding and bolts
The scope of application:
Adapt to temperature: -40℃~100℃
Objects of use: anti-wear linings for various equipment and pipelines (such as blanking troughs, hoppers, chutes, etc.)

Product thickness range:
Ceramic: 3-90mm, more than 10mm thick has better impact resistance
Rubber: 4-10mm, the thickness of the rubber is about 5mm, it is not necessary to be too thick
Steel plate: 4-10mm, mainly the base plate of the composite plate, used for fixing bolts, it is not necessary to be too thick, it can be adjusted according to the total thickness of the composite plate
