Professional Wear Protection Solution for Severe Abrasion Conveying
As an on-site equipment wear protection specialist, I’ve worked with hundreds of powder processing plants dealing with rotary valve failure in pneumatic conveying systems. The most common challenges you’re probably facing are:
Rotor and valve body wear out within 2–6 months
Air leakage increases, causing unstable feeding and pressure fluctuation
Material buildup in gaps leads to blockages and unplanned shutdowns
Frequent maintenance raises labor and spare parts costs
Dust leakage pollutes the workshop and violates environmental standards

The Real Root Cause
Traditional cast steel, alloy, or spray-coated ceramic valves only have surface-layer protection. When handling highly abrasive materials—such as cement powder, fly ash, lithium battery powder, silica powder, or mineral powder—high-speed particles continuously erode metal surfaces. The hardness and bonding strength of ordinary materials cannot resist long-term scouring, so wear expands rapidly, sealing surfaces fail, and the entire valve loses function.
Our Professional Solution: Full-Coverage Alumina Ceramic Lining
This ceramic-lined rotary discharge valve is designed for severe wear conditions, not just general conveying.
Instead of partial coating, we use 95–99% high-purity alumina ceramic to fully line the valve housing, rotor blades, flow channel, and all contact surfaces. It forms a complete anti-wear barrier that directly blocks particle erosion.
All material-contact parts are ceramic-lined, not just partial areas. The high hardness of alumina ceramic greatly outperforms alloy and steel in anti-erosion performance.
One-Piece Seamless Ceramic Liner
Adopts integrally sintered ceramic bushing technology, with no seams, no gaps, no dead zones. Fixed by mechanical structure and high-temperature adhesive, it will not crack or fall off under high pressure and continuous impact.
Ceramic-to-Ceramic Hard Sealing
Bidirectional sealing with ultra-high precision, effectively eliminating air crossflow and dust leakage. It maintains stable airlock performance for long-term operation.
Smooth Surface & Low Resistance
The polished ceramic inner wall reduces material adhesion and flow resistance, lowering torque and energy consumption.
High Temperature & Corrosion Resistance
Long-term working temperature up to 300℃. CF8 stainless steel body and 304 valve shaft provide excellent corrosion resistance without rust or material contamination.
Easy Maintenance & Lower TCO
Ceramic liners and rotors can be disassembled and replaced separately. Service life is 3–5 times longer than standard metal valves, reducing downtime and total operating cost.
Applicable Scenarios
Ideal for highly abrasive powder conveying systems in cement, thermal power, lithium battery, mining, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
From a professional wear protection viewpoint, this is not just a replacement valve—it’s a long-term cost-saving solution for your abrasive conveying system.
