Product description

Aluminium oxide ceramic is a kind of ceramic material with alumina (Al2O3) as the main body. Aluminium oxide ceramic has high hardness and density. According to the Al2O3 content, Aluminium oxide ceramics are mainly ZTA ceramics, 99 ceramics, 95 ceramics, 92 ceramics, etc. because of its wear resistance, it is widely used in coal-fired power plants, iron and steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical industry, cement, ports and wharfs On all mechanical equipment with large wear, such as pulverizing system, ash discharge system and dust removal system, different types of products can be customized according to different needs.

 

Product features

High hardness: The Rockwell hardness of alumina oxide ceramics is HRA80-90, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
